Verse 13- When it is said unto enemies at heart”, Believe honestly as else Muslims have believed”, in that case they utter mutually,” Are we to believe as foolish blockheads have believed?”.upon this God commands,” O Muslims! Recognize them, indeed they are foolish blockheads, more, they do not conceive themselves as blockheads”, and enemies at heart are the people....
Verse 14- When join the Muslims they say,” Indeed we have accepted the religion as you have”; and when they go apart to their evil ones that is to say that when they have an interview with their companions then they say,” We support you in religion, we make fixed sport and fun of those who say they have become believers”, thereupon God says,” They have misunderstood on the contrary”.
