Verse 38- I the most Royal One Commanded, "Go down all of you, from hence to the earth, then whoever come unto you finding his way with a backup from Me", that is to say a guide guiding to the path of salvation, "then whoever will follow obediently My code of conduct then there shall no fear come upon these obedient ones, nor shall they grieve".
