Verse 52- Then I Being The Most Royal absolved and dispensed you after the penitence(stated next) with that sin that ye might give thanks(for the favors of God The Almighty).
Verse 53- And recollect when I Being The Most Royal gave unto Moses, blessings of God on him, the Torah and the commandment to distinguish the just from the unjust, that ye might amend your manners.
