THE EARTH ERA CALENDAR

(BACKGROUND)

The moon, like a stopwatch, is saving every passing period in the form of geological structures.

The moon is gone away from Earth at almost constant rate over the last several million years. Moreover, about 90 million years ago, the day was only eighteen hours long. Evidence of this is the recent discovery of geological structures in the United States and Australia. As the moon passes over open seas, oceans and large water lakes, its gravity produces two high and two low waves daily. Nowadays there is about a twelve hour interval between every two highs and every two low waves. These waves form very fine layers of sand and mud flowing down the rivers, which are stored in thick layers. Ultimately these great deposits of sand and mud lead to mountain formation due to their incredible weight. And so they go through this process, forming mountains of rocky cliffs beyond the oceans. In the same type of mountains in the United States and Australia, the patterns of seawater found in the mountains have shown  that ninety million years ago, the time interval between each two high and each two low waves was only eight hours instead of twelve hours. And so the above conclusions are drawn. In the light of these results it is clear that the moon, like a stop watch, is constantly recording every passing period in the form of geological structures.

Recognizing and calculating the dates from the moon.

At least thirty thousand years ago humans living in the cave learned to recognize the dates from the changing patterns of the moon. The images found in these caves have evidence of this type of calendar.

The current international calendar came into being from the moon calendar.

The current name of the international calendar is the Common Era calendar. Until a few years ago it was called the Gregorian calendar, because it was made by omitting the error of the coming ten days in the Julian calendar on the orders of Pope Gregory in 1582 A.D. While the Julian calendar was made by the Roman Emperor Julius Caser by making some adjustments to the Roman calendar. At that time, a priest was appointed to observe the sky. The day when he saw the new crescent moon for the first time on the western horizon after sunset, he would call out to the people and announce the beginning of next month. For centuries the Romans used the word Calando or Calends for the first day of the month. They extracted the word at the weight of the Italian word Claire. They drew the word on the weight of the Italian word Claire, whose meaning was the final announcement. As a result of this ritual the word calendar came into being which means to post in advance the dates of the coming year, sorted by week and month names so that,  people can use these dates for their social, economic, cultural and religious activities, depending on current or upcoming seasons.

Making a moon calendar is scientifically correct.

It has become clear as day that the moon completes its cycle around the earth in a month and in conjunction with the earth it completes its cycle around the sun in a year.

Units of the month and week have come into being from the changing forms of the moon.

Today in the fifty-six Islamic countries of the world, every new month, year, century and millennium of the Islamic calendar begins with the appearance of the new crescent moon. At the beginning of the 7^th day this New Crescent Moon changes into a perfect half-round disk which at the beginning of the 14^th day changes into a perfect round disk which on the morning of the 21^stday once again looks like a perfect half-round disk which, on the morning of the 28^th day, appears in the form of Old Crescent Moon which  disappears from the sight for the next one or two days before it once again reappears as the new crescent moon. If the New Crescent Moon appears after one day then that month is counted as of 29 days. And if it shows up after two days then the month is counted as of thirty days (See appendix I of VII).

The moon is also called the heavenly clock.

Just as digital clocks are used to identify 24 hours of the day and night, all the days of a month passing through the sky are identified by the changing patterns of the moon. (See appendix I of VII).

There is no possibility of occurrence of error in the moon calendar.

Calendars that are run by observations reflect all natural factors, so they are unlikely to be wrong , whereas calendars run based on predetermined average duration are not reflective of natural factors, therefore, they are likely to undergo a great deal of error, as the last international calendar called Julian underwent  ten-day error which was corrected by Pope Gregory XIII  in 1582 A.D.

The question that arises is if the moon calendar is so easy to use, why is it because today the internationally recognized international calendar is made on the basis of sun and is used by people around the world tirelessly?

The only reason is that its months are always seasonal. In order to maintain the same qualities of the international calendar, the current international calendar of October 4 was replaced by the date of October 14, in the order of the Pope Gregory XIII in 1582 A.D. In fact, prior to that date, the average length of the seasonal year was recognized as 365.25 days. So to achieve this average, every three years out of every four years were counted of 365 days each and every fourth year was counted of 366 days. And the 4^th year was named as leap year. But this scheme failed because the length of the seasonal year equals 365.2422 days instead of 365.25 days. That's why there

was a difference of ten days between the current calendar year and the seasonal average year up to 4^th October 1582 A.D. Therefore, the average year of the current international calendar up to 1582 A.D. lagged behind the seasonal average year and all the weather begins to occur 10 days in advance. When this fact came to the knowledge of the Pope Gregory XIII, he ordered to replace the date of 4^th October 1582 with the date of 14^th October 1582 so that the months would come and go according to the seasons. And he set new rules to reduce the number of leap years to prevent this error for the future also. According to these rules every 100^th year not to be taken as leap year but every 400^th year to be taken as leap year also. But despite that, it will still have one day error in year 3000 C.E. The coming of the seasons of the international calendar months is nothing short of a blessing to people around the world. Because people know in advance what month the weather will be like, they keep it in mind as they plan their next event. To protect our children from extreme heat in our country, Pakistan has holidays every three months of June, July and August. Similarly, farmers around the world plan in advance to sow, harvest and handle their crops in the name of the months of the international calendar. Because of the abundance of weather forecasts, people around the world are not tired of using it.

Now the question arises if the international calendar is so beneficial then why even those who run it are trying to figure out Easter dates from moon dates? Instead, they have established a system of golden numbers to know the dates of Easter!

In addition, more than forty types of calendars other than the international calendar are used by people all over the world and some of them are very well known, such as the A. H. calendar, the Jewish calendar, Chinese calendar, Hebrews calendar, Japanese calendar, Mayan calendar and Greeks calendar. The main reason for creating these forty types of calendars is their own cultures and religions. When these religions or cultures came into being, their forerunners or their inspirational books ordered them to use the moon calendar. These are the reasons why people all over the world are interested in establishing links between the international calendar and their own religious or cultural calendars. And there are dozens of types of calendar converter that are used for this purpose.

The question now arises whether a calendar can be created that replaces the two separate digits of the international and religious calendars with one digit, that is, the international and all religious calendars should have only one identical digit for every

day for the whole year, as if instead of all national, religious, and international calendar, there should be a calendar that lists single dates which could be used directly without changing them, thus getting rid of calendars with double dates?

Creating this type of calendar has been dreamed by all the world's calendar makers in their lives, but no one has succeeded in that goal. The biggest obstacle to this type of calendar is that the moon's twelve months are about eleven days shorter than the sun's one year. The average month of the moon is equal to 29.5305882 days and the average of the sun month is about 30.43695 days. Numerous scientists, thinkers and astronomers and calendar makers have made many efforts to use these two figures to shape a calendar, but to this day it has not been successful.

But the Lord God says,

15 / 16: And We have created the constellations in the sky.* *The most High God delivers to the obedient servants that to which they understand for their understanding the sky from the East to the West and from the West to the East is twelve (12) slices like of a melon. These twelve (12) are the constellations. The sun crosses over these all in a year and in a day. The summer and the winter weathers come and go due to this and rain comes due to summer and from the rain dwells the life or people of the world.

way appeared as a twig then again became as the shape of an old twig and hid. In between it grew up to full and lessened: there are twenty eight day,s journeys.

from them in light of the divine revelations of the Holy Quran.

The People's Era calendar is easy to use and completely scientific in texture.

In this calendar, the naturally occurring twelve months are named from January to December under an integrated rule that they come and go according to the seasons each year. Although the Peoples Era Calendar has been prepared as a publication, the UN agency ECOSOC will approve its implementation first.

Since the People's Calendar is a combination of science and common sense, people of every appearance can participate in making it better.

Therefore, it is recommended that everyone should consider it once, especially the supporters and founders of Calendar Reform Organizations. And if you point out any kind of error in it, I will take it away.

WHY A NEW CALENDAR IS REQUIRED

From the day that the country adopted the international calendar officially, the people of this country have to bear the burden of using two calendars instead of one. They have to use their earlier calendar dates to celebrate their religious and national festivals and the international calendar has to be used to handle everyday issues. That way they have to use two types of calendars at a time. Although Christian calendar makers have abandoned their old religious calendar altogether, they are still obliged to trace the dates of their religious festivals with the Golden Numbers associated with the moon. Likewise, Jews and other major nations have created strange calendars to keep their national and religious calendars synchronized with the international calendar. However, Muslims have kept their religious calendar intact and have adopted the international calendar separately to handle world affairs. In this way, people around the world are being forced to use two types of calendars at a time. In addition to this basic issue, the four types of international calendar months make it difficult to do all kinds of daily calculations. Apart from this basic issue since the international calendar has been implemented, its 28, 29, 30 and 31 days months have been causing severe problems in every kind of daily accounting. So today there is a need for a calendar that can save people around the world using dual calendars and that should be made up of only two types of months instead of four. The author has for the past forty years worked hard and has succeeded in inventing a calendar that can be used in place of both types of calendars simultaneously and it contains only two types of months that are suitable for every type of calculation. The author named it the PEOPLES ERA CALENDAR, which means CALENDAR OF THE NATIONS.

INTRODUCTION:

THE PEOPLES ERA CALENDAR is, in fact, the calendar that all prophets and religious leaders have used in their lives. This is the same calendar that was used by nations all over the world before the international calendar was implemented and despite thousands of years, they are still forced to use it in some way. I have decorated this sacred calendar with the ability to keep up with the seasons like the international calendar. Therefore, it is now the duty of ECO SOC to give people around the world a better opportunity by applying this calendar as an international calendar as soon as possible (see appendix V of VII).

THE CENTRAL IDEA:

The religious usage of the calendar is linked to the names of the day, date and month, while its seasonal use is usually linked to the names of the months alone, so its seasonal use can be discounted up to fifteen days. An integrated procedure has been adopted to put this idea into practices (see appendix II of Vii).

THE PRODUCT:

Every annual calendar of THE PEOPLES ERA is always set to consist of naturally occurring twelve lunar months so that people around the world can use them as months of their religious calendars. And these same twelve lunar months are also given the names of first to twelfth so that people around the world can use these months internationally. And these same twelve lunar months are also named January to December under an Integrated code for showing and keeping the seasons throughout the year so that everyone can plan according to the season also (see appendix V of VII).

INTEGRATED CODE AND PROCEDURE:

To follow the integrated procedure: (1) Seven periods each of which is made up of thirty-four average lunar months and five periods each of which is made up of thirty-three average lunar months have been arranged in such a manner that whenever any period passes then the lunar period and seasonal period difference is decreased further.

(2) As long as half or more of any month of the aforementioned periods remains composed of its corresponding international month days till then it is given the name of that international month, but before it could remain comprised of less than half of the days of its corresponding international month, it is given the name of leap and the next month is given the name of the next corresponding international month. The unit obtained as a result of the implementation of these two principles has been called the integrated code.

(3)By combining 12 such units the months have been rounded up into 403 average lunar years which have been taken equal to 391 average international years in making this calendar (see appendix II of VII).

PLANNING:

The Peoples Era Calendar is planned to be implemented as a continuation of the current international calendar, so it is also set accordingly. Therefore, January 1st, Common Era is planned to be replaced with January 1st, Peoples Era so that the current calendar system will continue also it will be changed to the best utility for the people all over the world (see appendix es IV & V of VII).

SETTING:

In ‘the Peoples era calendar’ the negative integers of the  number line have been used to make and display the entries of the recorded and to record years whereas the positive integers have been used for the entry and display of years estimated for age of the earth and universe. Therefore, only negative numbers in the calculation line can be used for all recorded references. In this configuration, the total number of sixteen final periods of The Peoples Era Calendar is used, as this sequence shows that the Hebrew record is sufficient for the reference to almost all recorded events of human civilization (see appendix IV of VII).

NEW CRESCENT MOON VS NEW MOON:

Time of the new crescent moon set displays the ratio of cycles between the earth and the moon according to the position of the sun at all localities to the inhabitants as a unique occurrence which they can use to count days, months, years and century. In contrast, the New Moon needs observation by the scientists. The common man cannot see the new moon, therefore, cannot use it for calculation. So it is not correct to use the New Moon to create a calendar. There are various false and baseless propaganda against the new Crescent moon such as who has time to look at the moon now a days, science has advanced a lot, watching the moon is a stereotype and so on. Even today, illiterate women around the world calculate their marital needs and births through the months of the moon and are as accurate as scientists. In addition, the new moon is the name of a process that extends from one to two days, while the new crescent moon is visible to residents everywhere after sunset.

THE START AND END OF THE DAY AT 7PM VS 12 MIDNIGHT:

By setting in clocks the change of date and day at 7pm instead of 12 midnight would reinstate people’s conscious concept of night and day in their lives which might improve their mental health and functionality.

THE ACTUAL DATE LINE VS CONCEPTUAL DATE LINE:

Another false rumor spread against New Crescent Moon is that there are no rules behind its appearance, though the case is the exact opposite: It is always seen in half the world after being seen in Saudi Arabia. Indeed, the need is to change the daily date first in that global half where the new crescent moon is seeable first. In order to overcome the obstacles in labeling the global halves on the aforementioned basis, the principles of generality as well as the exceptionality will have to be used too.

IDENTIFYING DATE S WITH THE HELP OF THE MOON PHASES:

The lunar month is at least 29 and the maximum is 30 days. For each date, the moon has a specific shape and location, which is clearly seen by careful observation. However, on 30th, the moon disappears just like on 29th, yet the two dates exist individually which become visible on doing counting. This New Crescent Moon looks like a perfect half-round disk at the beginning of the 7^th day. And at the beginning of the 14^th day it looks exactly like a round disc. And on the morning of the 21^stday it once again looks like a perfect half-round disk. And on the morning of the 28^th day, it appears in the form of Old Crescent Moon. Then disappears from sight, and if the New

Crescent Moon appears at the end of the 29^th day, that month is counted as 29 days. And if it shows up at the end of the 30^th day, the month is counted as thirty days.

DISCOVERY AND USE OF THE LONGEST ROUND OF THE MOON:

The greatest round of the moon has been found to consist of two thousand five hundred and fifty years. It has been found to consist of 85 rounds of 30 years each. The reason for its discovery is the 30-year round used in the construction of the Islamic calendar. Further, the solutions to the problems that have arisen regarding the sighting of the new crescent moon in the present era have been suggested by the use of this great period. The average lunar month used in each 30 years cycle is of 29.5305555 days since ancient times and is used in contemporary Islamic calendar as well, but the scientific average value of a lunar month is of 29.5305882 days, therefore, the Islamic calendar is shortened by one day at the end of the greatest period of the moon (see the appendix VI of VII).

PERMANENT SOLUTION OF NEW CRESCENT MOON SIGHTING PROBLEM IN CONTEMPORARY TIMES:

For the past few decades, the new crescent moon has been difficult to see in all over the world. Research has revealed that the 40th thirty-year round of the greatest cycle of the moon was in progress when the Islamic calendar was launched. The average lunar month used in each 30 years cycle is of 29.5305555 days since ancient times and is used in contemporary Islamic calendar as well, but the scientific average value of a lunar month is of 29.5305882 days,

therefore, the lunar calendar was short by one day till 1350th A.H. when the greatest period of the moon completed. The problem with the appearance of the new crescent moon is the lack of a day in the Islamic calendar mentioned above. To add one day to the Islamic calendar, there should be two committees. The second committee should observe every 30th moon and note which moon belongs to the 2nd and which moon to the 30th. Comparing the records of the two committees at the completion of each year, it will be found out which moons were actually of 30 days but were searched for 29 days. After a few years of hard work it will be clear which of the 30th moon to be looked for on the 30th and not on the 29^th.

THE RIGHT WAY TO DO GREGORIAN ACCURACY:

Pope Gregory XIII should had ordered that leap years should not be taken for forty years from 1582 A.D. onward and then after that every hundred years would be exempt from leap, except for that century year which would come to the table of 400.

BENEFITS:

(1) ‘The peoples era calendar’ is easy to use and can be understood by every intelligent citizen of the world.

(2) This calendar lists only 1 to 29 or 30 dates that without converting to equivalent dates can be used to meet all kinds of religious, national, and international needs all over the world simultaneously, therefore, it is a great convenience for the people of every nation (see appendix V of VII).

(3) This calendar is a common heritage of all nations, so preserving it has the benefit of all races (see appendix IV of VII).

(4) Continued use of this calendar can better highlight climate change through the extra month of leap season.

(5) By implementing this calendar as an international calendar can also ensure the saving of environment by saving the resources spent on creating hundreds of types of calendars and their converters.

TIPS:  (1) Every calendar is the most valuable asset as thousands of years have been recorded through days' counting that is the most valuable human effort as a community. Therefore, besides recording it properly, it has to be tailored to the convenience and desire of the people. If any nation's calendar makers have changed their religious or national calendar in the past to make it compatible with the international calendar, now is the time to undo this change and to restore their old calendar, to facilitate its use for its people. So the calendar makers are requested to restore their calendars that were in use before the international calendar was adopted.

(2) Request is made to start the daily date, month, year, century and millennium at the set down time of the new crescent moon that is average 6 pm in winters and 7 pm in summers.

(3) Arrangements to be made for the use of the date line to set the date change at 7 pm instead of at midnight in clocks all over the world (see appendix IV of VII).

(4) The changing shapes of the moon as they appear to a normal person must be predetermined in the form of shapes to be published before the start of the calendar year. Of these, the 14 shapes be displayed according to sunset time and the next 14 according to the dawn and no shape on last date of the 29 days

month and the last two dates of the 30 days month as no common person can see them (see appendix I of VII).

(5) Any country or nation that wishes to use this calendar will have to restore its religious or national calendar to its original state, meaning that all changes that have been made to align it with the international calendar must be eliminated.

CERTIFICATE:

There is no guarantee needed to implement The Peoples Era Calendar because all the nations of the world are already using it or are well aware of it. Nevertheless, let me say that I passed the M.Sc. Geology degree in 1st Division from Punjab University New Campus, Lahore in 1977 (see appendix VII of VII). The geological time scale is of great importance in geology. It is also a type of calendar that can be synchronized with The Peoples Era Calendar if all records of geological structures called TIDALITES formed by the gravity of the moon are obtained. For the invention and completion of The Peoples Era Calendar, the knowledge of geology and the information and software available on the Internet has been used, but nevertheless the main idea of this invention was revealed in the light of the Holy Quran during forty years struggle, therefore, there is no doubt that this calendar is useful and accurate.
